These Terms govern your access to and use of the Santulan platform and services. Last updated: 29 April 2026.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Agreement
By accessing or using the Santulan platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of your organisation (if applicable). By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Updates to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Platform Description
Services Provided
Santulan AI Technologies provides AI-powered financial analytics services — including but not limited to Bank Statement Analysis, Cash Flow Statement generation, GST Analysis, Fraud Detection, and related API services ("Services").
Analytical Output Only
The Platform provides analytical outputs based on the data you supply. These outputs are for informational and decision-support purposes only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or legal advice.
API Access
If you access our Services via API, these Terms apply to all API calls and integrations. You must keep your API keys secure and are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. User Obligations
Accurate Data
You agree to upload only accurate, complete, and lawfully obtained financial data. You warrant that you have the right to submit any documents or data to the Platform.
Prohibited Uses
You must not use the Platform to: (a) upload false or fraudulent documents; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer our AI models; (c) resell Platform outputs without a written reseller agreement; (d) violate any applicable law or regulation; (e) interfere with Platform security or infrastructure.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Notify us immediately at info@santulan.ai if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Compliance
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with applicable regulations — including RBI guidelines, SEBI requirements, GSTN obligations, and the DPDPA 2023.
4. Intellectual Property
Our IP
All technology, AI models, software, interfaces, analytics methodologies, brand assets, and content on the Platform are the exclusive property of Santulan AI Technologies and protected under Indian and international IP law.
Your Data
You retain all ownership rights to the data you upload. By using the Platform, you grant Santulan a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your data solely for the purpose of delivering the Services to you.
Feedback
If you provide feedback or suggestions about the Platform, you grant Santulan an irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use that feedback without restriction.
5. Payment & Subscription
Billing
Paid plans are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) on a monthly or annual basis as selected. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise.
Annual Plans
Annual subscriptions are billed up front. By subscribing to an annual plan, you authorise us to charge the full annual amount at the start of each billing cycle.
No Refunds
Fees paid are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge at info@santulan.ai.
Suspension
We may suspend access if payment is not received within 7 days of the due date. We will restore access promptly upon receipt of outstanding amounts.
6. Limitation of Liability
No Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind — express or implied — including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
Liability Cap
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Santulan's total liability to you arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Consequential Damages
Santulan shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption — arising from your use of the Platform.
7. Termination
By You
You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid fees.
By Santulan
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent conduct, or if required by law. We will provide notice where reasonably practicable.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases. Provisions relating to IP, liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.
8. Governing Law & Disputes
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts of Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Dispute Resolution
Before initiating legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for at least 30 days. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996.
